The Flores lawsuit has been going on for years; it has cost the Arizona taxpayers millions of dollars in legal fees; and it just got delayed and more expensive.  Tom Horne’s attorney Ric Bistrow has made an interesting and costly motion.
The defence (the state of Arizona) has filed a motion in federal court for an extension in the Flores case because it has retained a new lawyer– Kenneth Starr.  Mr. Starr, according to the motion needs time so, “he can properly prepare the case.’  What a waste of time and money!

I would love to know what Ken Starr is costing the tax payers?
